The museum chronicles the history of the United States Army Infantry from the American Revolution to current operations. It exhibits artifacts from all eras of American history and contains interactive multimedia exhibits.

Whittlesey Boulevard Area — A strong retail zone in North Columbus with stores like Barnes & Noble Booksellers, restaurants, and nearby shopping centers. It’s one of the nicest commercial areas in Columbus with many restaurants, bars and attractions for all ages.

Fort Benning, officially renamed Fort Moore in 2023, is one of the largest and most important U.S. Army installations in the country. Located just south of Columbus, Georgia, the base spans more than 180,000 acres across Georgia and Alabama and serves as a major center for military training and operations.

Yep, we have a 1,200 foot zip line, called the Blue Heron, that will take you speeding (okay, you’re only going about 40 mph, so it’s not really speeding) across the Chattahoochee River from Columbus, Georgia to Phenix City, Alabama.
